Baclofen pump refill

Have any of you had your pump refilled? How does the process go? Having done for the first time later this month

M has his pump filled every 3 months. He says it is not painful. The read the information from the pump. The pump is first emptied (needle into port/well). This is because the baclofen that remains degrades and they want to have an exact concentration as opposed to old and new baclofen. The pump is then filled. If you have been giving yourself boosts, they may change your settings.
