This may have been evident to everybody else, but it took me a few weeks to figure it out. As it's getting tougher and tougher to turn over in bed, I finally bought some satin pajamas. Makes getting in and out and turning so much easier! Can't you satin sheets because the head of the bed is up 6 inches because of a hiatal hernia. But something that simple has made my nights a lot more pleasant. And yes, while I was looking they have men's and women's sizes. I know it's a small thing but maybe it will help one of you.

Thanks! I'll try that - plus they look good too!

I recently got a bed helper - it's been amazingly helpful for me.

Thanks! I'm gonna get some!

Great idea!

Thanks

That's awesome! I will keep that in mind for my dad as he progresses. Thank you!

Satin jammies are great but might be hard for guys to find. Satin sheets will work too. Satin sheets and pajamas together? You might be just too slippery!

Winter silks does have men's satin silk pajamas. If I put on satin sheets, I would slide right out of bed! The head of my bed is up 6 inches and I have enough trouble staying up at the top of it right now.
