Hello!
I'm male and 35 years old. My first visit in ALS Forums was in 2005 when I experienced a lot of widespread twitches (legs, arms, hands, face, back,...)! Between 2005 and 2007 I posted a lot worried with my twitches! I went about 10 times in a ALS specialist and the answer was always the same, you are fine!
Since then I kept the worries out of my mind but the twitches never stopped (some times more intense than others). It's ok!
But in the last days I started to feel a pain in my left wrist and in my neck (left side). The pain (not strong) in the wrist is just when I hold heavy things (a book of 2000 pages, per example). No pain with normal activities. And about my neck I think it is getting better.
Do you think this kind of pain is a starting of real weakness? The pain in wrist and in the neck at the same time is a coincidence? Do you think I should be worried and make an appointment with an ALS specialist again?
Thanks!
All the best,
GKGK
PS) I had to change my username (before it was GGKK) because I forgot my password and my old email is inactive.
