My dad had bulbar pasly. The ALS ASSOC sends me stuff all the time for gene testing. I don't want to know. If it turns out positive I know what the future could bring. EVen if it is negative it's not for sure. I know when I was researching ALS, I think it was the Kennendu strain, where fathers pass it to daughter (who don't get it, i think it was Cromazone 21 ) and daughters pass it to sons. When researching this everytime I looked at my son I cried..It is alwys o my mind though, like my dad and his suffering and strong will til the very end. ANd his sence of humor
