Happyphysicist, I am in the trial in MA and live in ME. The consent form said something vague about travel expenses possibly being reimbursed, i.e. to take it up with the center's coordinator, and I was offered a mileage reimbursement. Glad to have it given gas prices these days! Also, as Aly noted, the supplements I am on (various vitamins) were documented- I didn't have to stop anything. You do have to be on the same dose of riluzole, or off it altogether, for 30 days prior to starting.
