Progression is moving faster than I’d like. I received my ventilator, Cough assist machine, and suction device today. My vent and suction device is portable. the vent has a ten hour battery with a 30 min back up too boot. im told its the best out there at present time. vent can be used with mask now or trac later if i need. I was told that medicare will fund two vent machines so i can have a portable one and a home one. wich the model i got is portable. i can leave one set up by the bed.

Not quite the same as a Harley or a sports car is it? I'm glad you got all this stuff but wish you didn't need any of it.

Thats what we do. My PALS has one vent on a table next to his bed and the other on the back of his PWC.
Im pretty sure that you have to have two vents.
Sorry the toys arent the fun kind, but who knows... keep an open mind...

Do these ventilators actually breath for you? I think we are about to need to bump up the BiPap with oxygen, so I guess that would be our next step.

yes it breaths for me if im to low

ya barry i wish it was a harley
