Worried I may have ALS

Hi there, I'm a 30-year-old male, diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease 9 months ago. I'm aware that my thyroid disease can cause symptoms throughout my whole body, but I've been taking Synthroid and my TSH levels are currently in the normal range. My symptoms - mostly aches and twitching - are starting to worry me. I've had swallowing problems for about 2 years now. I don't seem to have any problems chewing, but food does tend to get stuck at the back of my tongue. The sensation feels like I'm about to choke, or that it may go down the wrong pipe. Recently, I have trouble clearing my throat - sounds as though I have a coughing tic - because it won't clear. At times I will gag randomly (not while eating or drinking, not while trying to clear the throat). I have trouble with liquids too...including water - feels like I haven't successfully swallowed it, like some of it is still there - often followed by an immediate wet burp. And I have twitches in my chin. I have no pain in the mouth or jaw. My speech is different. The first word of a sentence is often mispronounced or completely slurred. I can even stutter (something I've never had before) trying to correct it. It can be quite embarrasing. Pain started in my right foot about a month ago. On the top of my foot specifically. This same pain is daily. I often have the feeling that my right calf is about to cramp at any second - but it doesn't. The right calf twitches. Some of the twitches I can feel (like a pulse), others I can only see. Sometimes it feels like my entire right leg is buzzing - like a phone is vibrating in my pocket. The kneecap often feels weak like it's about to buckle, so I have to relax my right leg and put the weight on to my left leg to take the pressure off while I'm standing. My left leg is fine. I have had the odd twitch in the leg calf as well, but it's nowhere near as often as the right one. No pain in the left foot or leg. No pain in the hands, but I am dropping things a lot lately, especially the really light things like pens and my toothbrush with my fingers. I have had sharp burning pains near my wrist, and very sudden (lightning-quick) and very painful cramps in my right forearm. Sometimes, my right bicep will lightly twitch for a second or two while I'm resting. My left bicep and tricep twitches are becoming more frequent, can be multiple times during the day, and the twitch will go for longer than it did before. I don't feel any pain at all above the forearms, but I have noticed that it's more difficult to lift the heavier stuff, even though I can still lift it - things like full garbage bags and boxes. Can't hold them for as long as I used to either. My balance isn't great, especially when I wake up in the middle of the night to go to pee. I have to go and use the bathroom quite frequently nowadays and the urge to pee can be quite sudden. Even during the daytime I'll bang in to things or have to reach my arm out to grab something. It will sometimes feel like my feet aren't gripping properly and that I'm about to go over. My abdomen, chest, shoulders and back are all fine. I'm not sure that my thyroid disease can cause all of this and I suspect I have something else going on with me. Does this sound like ALS to you? I'd be very grateful for any feedback. Thanks in advance.
