Do my symptoms sound like ALS?

Hello everyone. About 9 years ago my aunt was diagnosed with ALS and passed away about 1.5 years after her diagnosis. As far as I know she is the only person in the family who has had ALS. However my great grandmother died from an unknown cause and it was suggested by my Aunt that she probably had ALS as well, which has got me worried that it might be familial although no one else in the family has gotten it thus far. I was only 11 at the time my aunt got sick and did not really understand the disease, but it was difficult on my family and I and has been in the back of my mind since then.
Now I am a 20 year old female and about 2-3 weeks ago I began experiencing muscle cramps during workouts and severe muscle soreness after working out (worse than I ever have experienced) in both my legs, back, and arms. About a week later I started having severe muscle twitching starting above my knee in one leg and has spread all over my body. This muscle twitching is centralized in my calves mostly now and keeps me up all night (I have only slept a couple hours each night for the last week). A couple days after the twitching occurred I experienced very very bad pain in my neck which radiated into my shoulders and down my arms. After a couple of anxiety attacks I ended up in the ER a day later where they did extensive blood work and a chest X-ray and the doctor ended up telling me it's likely it's just a some virus or a reoccurrence of the EBV causing my symptoms. I attempted to accept this as I have been having stomach issues as well, however now I have been experiencing what I feel like is a lot of muscle weakness. The neck pain has persisted on and off since then. I went to a concert with my family tonight, and could barely stand because my calves and thighs kept cramping and my legs felt very weak. Similar to how they might feel post a difficult workout, however I have no worked out in a week due to what has been going on. Walking felt very weird later on in the night. It is difficult to explain, but my legs just felt very weak and that I had to work harder to walk normally. My calves are still cramping and severely twitching and I am up once again up in the middle of the night. I also have had weakness/pain in my hands and arms so much that it's been difficult to use my cell phone. I also feel funny when I am eating because my hands are so shakey it is difficult to use utensils. I also have felt like the pitch of my voice has lowered and I am having difficulty swallowing (that could be my anxiery talking). I have read a lot on this forum and I know that having pain points away from ALS but I have also read elsewhere that cramps/twitching can be an early onset sign. However I know that the disease take a fairly long time to progress so I'm guessing I wouldn't have symptoms in both legs and both arms and bulbar symptoms within 2 weeks? I cant sleep, I can't eat, I am constantly crying, I always feel nauseous and so anxious that I might have ALS. I don't mean to disrespect anyone on here if my symptoms are not valid enough to post about, but I could really use some advice because I am really really struggling right now. Thank you and I am praying for anyone who has this disease.
